This is ideal when you want to practice your handstand skills. It gives you the opportunity to perform a so-called handstand walk or handstand twist. In addition, push-ups, L-sits or a planche are also possible. The StreetGains Wooden Parallettex Xtra Long offer you complete freedom in your training method!
