Its 0.4 cm thickness makes this yoga mat comfortable to use while still giving you the feeling of exercising on a solid surface. It has a non-slip coating so you don't have to worry about the mat slipping. The Active Training Mat is 170 cm long, 60 cm wide, and 0.4 cm thick. When rolled up, the mat takes up very little space and is therefore easy to store or take with you.
