Using the Gymstick Adjustable Gripper is the ideal way to significantly strengthen your hand and forearm grip strength. It's also ideal for athletes for whom grip strength is essential, such as mountain climbers, baseball players, gymnasts, tennis players, strength athletes, and others. The resistance is easily adjustable, allowing everyone to train at their own level. The gripper is available in two versions: Strong and Light. Strong offers resistance from 10 to 40 kg (22 to 88 lbs). Light offers resistance from 5 to 20 kg (11 to 44 lbs).
