Compact model 10 kg weight vest

A comfortable weighted vest with a total weight of 10 kg. The Muscle Power® weighted vest fits snugly and is adjustable with a strap and Velcro. The vest contains 10 weights, each weighing 1 kg. The weights can be removed from the vest to adjust the weight to your preference. Weighted vests make your usual exercises more efficient by adding weight to the body. This forces your body to work harder to perform the same exercises. The design of this vest also makes it suitable for women.
