Parallettes
Parallettes are a mini version of the bridge. The well-known gymnastic device with two parallel bars. Parallettes are indispensable in your calisthenics or fitness workout. Deep handstand push-ups, tricep dips, L-chits or the planche exercise improvement. It can all be done with it! Parallettes are more compact and lighter than an equalizer. This makes the Parallettes suitable for example to take a workout outdoors. We have a wide choice of different types of Parallettes. Each with its own characteristics. From steel to wooden Parallettes and with different grip thicknesses. For which are you going?
Dip bars
Dip Bars, also called equalizers, are a high variant of the parallettes. As a result, the Equalizers offer more freedom of movement for the legs, so that other exercises are possible than with parallels. With exercises such as: lifting, pushing, dips, tricep extensions and leg lifting, the entire upper body can be trained with the Equalizers. By placing the Equalizers in a different position, these can also be used for other exercises. When the Equalizers are laid out flat, for example, they can be used as push-up supports. If you position the Equalizers standing up, they can be used as hurdles. The Equalizers are therefore a real all-in-one strength training device with endless possibilities. Due to the larger size of the Equalizers, these are especially suitable for home use or in a fitness studio.
Push-up Bars
Pushups have a lot in common with parallettes, but are a lot more compact and lighter. Like the name does, Pushups, also known as Push-Up Bars, are ideal for use when printing. The big advantage of push-up supports is that you can sink much deeper during printing than without the use of push-up supports. As a result, the range of motion is increased, so that muscles are under tension for longer and are optimally stimulated. Print supports also ensure that the wrists are less loaded. This prevents injuries to the wrist joint.
