The unique feature of the StreetGains® Ankle Weights 10KG PRO is the adjustable function. Each ankle weight contains ten compartments. Each compartment contains a weight bar that can be removed. The total weight of the ankle weights can therefore be adjusted according to your own wishes. Despite the heavy weight, the size of the weight cuffs has remained compact due to the use of weight bars. In addition, the way the weight bars are placed ensures that the 10KG ankle weights are flexible and easily form around the ankle. The ankle weights arrived as promised. Robust quality of the straps, should last for a while. The weights are each about 475 g, which then added to the straps will approximately amount to the desired weight. Very sturdy, high quality product. Due to the material, these straps are not optimal for jumping exercises, but you might counteract that challenge by wearing a thick protective layer under your straps before binding them to your ankles. Very happy with the product, adjustability was exactly what I was looking for. There are many ways these will make my workouts more efficient. Thanks StreetGains Ash
