The ankle weights arrived as promised. Robust quality of the straps, should last for a while. The weights are each about 475 g, which then added to the straps will approximately amount to the desired weight. Very sturdy, high quality product.
Due to the material, these straps are not optimal for jumping exercises, but you might counteract that challenge by wearing a thick protective layer under your straps before binding them to your ankles.
Very happy with the product, adjustability was exactly what I was looking for. There are many ways these will make my workouts more efficient.
