The StreetGains® Straight Grip Pull Up System Black is a pull-up bar of professional quality. The unique feature of the chin-up bar is the large distance between the bar and the wall. This creates extra freedom of movement to perform certain exercises, such as a back or front liver. In addition, pull-ups, chin-ups, leg raises, dips and many more exercises can be performed with this pull-up bar. The pull-up rod can also be used for attaching various materials, such as a set of rings, ab straps or resistance band.

Solide. Voldoende afstand tot de muur. Hangt intussen 3 jaar buiten aan de muur in weer en wind, geen afdak. De corrosiebestendigheid is goed, de bouten gaan na verloop van tijd wel roesten maar daar heb ik hammerite op gesmeerd en zo is dat opgelost.

Bevestigen is een RAMP! Muur is KAPOT!

Gaten (16mm) diep genoeg geboord en geprobeerd de bouten te bevestigen. Die zitten nu halverwege de muur en zitten helemaal vast en steken uit. Pull-up rek kan dus niet bevestigd worden!! Muur kapot en lelijk + 150 euro weggegooid.

Prima stang. Voelt erg degelijk aan en de bar ligt lekker in de hand.
Ik heb hem aangeschaft om wat Crossfit oefeningen mee te doen en daarvoor lijkt hij tot nu toe in ieder geval top!
Genoeg afstand tot de muur zodat kipping ook geen probleem is.

De meegeleverde bouten zijn stevig en zijn ongeveer zo diep als een baksteen.
Ik had wat moeite om na het boren met 16mm de bouten in de steen te krijgen zonder deze te breken, dus ik heb het gat iets groter gemaakt.
Maar de bouten klemmen als een malle na het aandaaien, dus het rek gaat echt niet meer loskomen.

Vanwege het gewicht en de vorm van het rek heb je 2 personen nodig tijdens het aantekenen van de gaten en het monteren/aandraaien van de eerste paar moeren.

Ik ben in ieder geval blij met deze pull-up!
