The Active Workout Mat from Gymstick is a soft, comfortable and safe surface for your exercises. With a thickness of 1 cm, it offers enough comfort to perform the exercises on a soft surface. It has a non-slip coating so you do not have to worry that the mat will slip. The workout mat is made of the environmentally friendly material NBR. The mat is 180 cm long, 60 cm wide and has a thickness of 1 cm.
